Description
A beer brewed with our pals and fellow Raise The Bar 2021 winners, Alpha Delta. Using our approach to pales and their approach to fermentation and dry-hop techniques, it’s a meeting of minds.
We’ve packed in some of our favourite Australian hops for this Pale Ale which gives big hits of creamy mango, candied lime, and papaya—all of which are backed up with a resinous dankness.
Hops: Mosaic Ella, Galaxy, Vic Secret, Mosaic
