Fresh, bright and clean. Words you might not normally associate with a barley wine, but here we are. This is our collaboration with Good Things Brewing. A 10% Barley Wine that has really sent waves through the brewery. Made using Golden Promise, Cheveallier and Red Crystal malts as well as English Bullion hops, its a beer that keeps on giving. The backbone of this beer is its malts, they provide deep vanilla, bruised apple, warming spice, maple syrup flavours and a stunning clear mahogany colour. Whole leaf Bullion hops counter with fresh bitterness and juicy blackcurrant to finish. Its an absolute delight to drink and we really cannot wait for you to try it.
