Description
Pineapple IPA 6.7% 90% of the malt base is pale Marris Otter malt with flaked Oats making up the rest for a fuller mouthfeel. Add to that the lactose sugar late in the boil and hopped with Pacific Jade, Eldorado and Delta hops which bring the tropical fruit notes to the fore. Finally this IPA is cold conditioned on a shed load of fresh pineapples.
