Description
Idaho 7 and Columbus early in the boil mimics a pine-forest terroir, bolstered with some big orange and mango fruity flavours up-front from Azacca and more Idaho 7 in the cold side, plus Mosaic and Talus for stone fruit and pineapple. An oat-heavy base gives a satisfying body, even at a fairly reserved ABV.
