The Gold Edition of Tankpetrol’s Patrons Project - home of one of the most esteemed beers we’ve ever brewed, Infinity Vortex - has been long, long-awaited. Any beer with the “Vortex” name carries a certain weight of expectation, and now’s the time to face the music.

We’ve once again brought in collaborators Other Half and Equilibrium, taking the recipe for inaugural Patrons Hall of Fame Inductee Infinity Vortex, double-mashed the barley, wheat, and jumbo oats for that signature mellow yellow hue and plush, silken mouthfeel.

The hop-bill is a who’s who of joose - Citra’s stalwart crisp lemon sherbet, El Dorado’s rays of tangerine sunshine, Strata’s sweet pink grapefruit and passionfruit sticky buds, grounded with the earthy bitterness of Mosaic Cryo, which provides a prickly, sappy pine needle finish.
