Description
Our fifth OFS Sessions release, inspired by beer festivals and our own Hop City, is a 5.8% Cold IPA.
A Cold IPA is an IPA fermented with lager yeast at warmer temperatures and then treated like an IPA with dry hops – at least that’s how we’re going about things.
To mark that this release is just before Hop City, we’ve gone for a new style IPA, made using Citra Nelson and Pacific Sunrise hops for a blend of citrus, white grape, melon and mango.
All the East Coast flavours but in a much lighter and hazeless base
