Description
Using a new hop, YCH303, which is a blend of Simcoe Citra and Mosaic, to hit big hop notes with a mid fermentation dry hop. We also used Strata in the brew to bring some of that iconic West Coast dankness to the beer, delivering big flavours at a low ABV.
