For our latest Customer Collab, the team at Crown Posada in Newcastle-upon-Tyne knew what they fancied at this time of year, a classic Belgian Dubbel. Made using Belgian candi sugar and yeast to give the style its backbone, with light kettle hopping for floral hints, and a sweet berry character with spicey cloves and banana.
