Named after the Japanese term meaning "change for the better" or "continuous improvement." Kaizen is a brand new Oakham IPA featuring 4 great New World hop varieties on a complex base of 5 different malts.

Hops: Cascade and Citra (both USA), Vic. Secret (Australia) and Nelson Sauvin (New Zealand)
Malts: Maris Otter, Wheat Malt, Caramalt, Aromatic Malt and Flaked Oats
