Description
Our first double IPA broke all the rules when it came to hopping. And we’ve decided to do it all again, this time with our hop worshipping friends at HopGod Nomadic Brewing. We could have used conventional DIPA hops but where’s the fun in that? Instead we used Amarillo, EL Dorado and Mandarina Bavaria with the sole objective of making this one ‘giant orangey mo’ fo’’ in the words of Hop God’s Frazer. Huge (really, really huge) hop additions at every stage of the brew and at dry hopping stages mean big bitterness, big aroma and a knockout flavour punch.
