Wayward Parakeet Tropical Pale

Description

An ultra-refreshing pale ale with mango and passionfruit. Wayward Parakeet is named after the exotic, tropical birds that have made south London their home. (Theres an old urban legend that theyre all descendants of a pet once kept by Jimi Hendrix, which is sadly bollocks.) Designed specifically to be enjoyed in the warmer months, Wayward Parakeet starts with a base of ultra-pale malt, on top of which sits a heavy helping of super-tropical Citra hops. Finally, the addition of mango and passionfruit during secondary fermentation adds an ultra-fruity upgrade to what could well be Londons most refreshing beer.
