Description

Cupid is the first in our special small batch range, and our first 'popped hop' thiolized IPA brew. Exciting stuff... we've used a special yeast strain which unlocks (pops!) previously unattainable hop thiols (aka flavour and aroma compounds) to generate incredible new taste profiles in the beer, accentuated with a cool new dip hopping process in the initial stages of the brew. The result is a crazy Oz vs USA mashup that smacks of Gummie Bears, passion fruit and - yes - a top shelf Chardonnay from the Margaret River. Hops are Galaxy, Citra and Topaz.
