Description
A collaboration between Opperbacco and Birra del Borgo’s Leonardo Di Vincenzo, 6son IPA (pronounced 'saison' IPA), a hybrid between a saison and an IPA, is conjured from six varieties of hop and has an IBU of 66. The initial fruity notes are loyal to the saison style, but then follows a palate of sweetness and spice - given by cardamom, vanilla and cinnamon - with a dry and bitter mouthfeel. Brewed in Abruzzo (Italy) by the Opperbacco microbrewery.
