Description
A relatively simple malt bill, and a Kölsch yeast strain combine with bucket loads of European hops Mandarina, Wolf, Dragon and US grown Sorachi Ace to create big floral and citrus notes on top of a simple, elegant bodied beer. Tasty melon and further citrus on the palate, more bitterness than our regular Kln lager, Nico, but the same clean crisp finish. Thanks to the guys at Clapton Craft for coming down to brew with us and contributing to the recipe development!
