Description
A bold Gooseberry Sour that pours a pale, hazy straw-yellow with a tight frothy head of pure-white foam. Expect aromas of honey cereal, lemon sherbet and tart gooseberry with a vivid sourness that cuts through a full, smooth cushion of malt sweetness. Finished with a puckering and wonderfully refreshing touch of Maldon Sea Salt.
