Description
Brewed in collaboration with Hakata Ramen Restaurant in Bermondsey, this seasonal pale ale is designed to complement their spring/summer menu. Bursting with vibrant hop character, it showcases Sorachi Ace, Citra, and Columbus. Sorachi Ace—a unique Japanese hop variety developed in the 1970s—brings bright notes of lemon verbena on the nose, followed by delicate hints of coconut and dill on the palate. Citra and Columbus add further layers of citrus, balanced by resinous pine and a full, rounded mouthfeel.
