A West Coast IPA hopped with Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe for a citrus medley of mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit. Orange peel enhances the natural flavour and bitterness. Marmalade-like and deliciously drinkable thanks to a dry and bittersweet finish.
