A crash or a smashup. We changed the normal fermenting treatment of an IPA by cooling it down and adding a lagering yeast. We expected things to kick off with a bit of a stramash… but fortunately a harmonious co-existence was the result. Phew…
Pale malts, flaked rice and Simcoe hops, this craft beer is made with fresh ingredients and is not fully filtered for fuller flavour, so we're proud that it's cloudy.
