Description
Mixed fermentation Raspberry and Blackberry sour - collaboration between Up Front Brewing and Overtone Brewing. Fermented with a complex blend of lactobacillus and ester forward, juicy, and hazy saccharomyces strains. Aged on +100g of fresh raspberries and blackberries per litre, and gently dry hopped with Citra. Tart, aromatic, and fruity as all hell - Scottish summertime in a glass!
