Barrel Aged in Armagnac casks for 12 months, this bretted sour is a collab with our good friend Chris from Dead End Brew Machine. The addition of Scottish Heather Honey with spelt and rye combines to add sweetness and spice to a gorgeous, complex sour! Take your time with this one!
