Description
We wanted to create a twin range of beers inspired by the concept of double albums, two separate beers with the same base but a slightly different twist, both available together to be enjoyed together. Both beers start with the same malt bill and Galaxy and Ekuanot in the kettle before the dry hopping parts their ways. Dusk to Dawn is double dry-hopped with Enigma hops to add some sweet berry and white wine notes on top of peach, papaya and citrus notes.
