Description
Launched this year (2018) at Indy Man Beer Con, this brew is essentially a well hopped best bitter aged with our house Brettanomyces. Dry but still solid malty character is complemented and then overtaken by the entire fruit basket of flavours, from lime to banana and deep rich orange notes all the way through to gentle hints of mango all this mixed with the earthy and peppery notes well associated with this style of beer. A very complex, but an even more more-ish beer helped by the dry and gently spicy finish. A real showcase of fermentation containing nothing other than malt hops and yeasts.
