Description
(ABYSS Brewing Collab). White IPA brewed with friends at ABYSS Brewing. Taking a look at the good work of Pierre Celis we are using a large proportion of malted and raw wheat. We use Coriander in the boil but pushed the orange zest addition from the kettle to post ferment to keep as many fragrant oils and freshness as possible.
Fermented with an Abbey-style yeast typical of traditional Wit producers and what the GOAT, PC himself would use. We updated the style a little and used more contemporary hops typically found in IPAs. Citra Amarillo was added late and for dry hop. Hopefully something here for the hop head and for the fan of fermentation and all the wonderful flavours and aromas that arise when they come together.
