Wheat Saison (Ideal Day Collab)

Description

A beer made with one of beers best eggs, James Rylance of Ideal Day Brewery. A shared dream of beers that are 4-5%, light in color but with lots of grain character. Dry with an expressive yeast but a suggestive sweetness to balance, Refreshing enough for someone to drink a pint quickly but also nurse it and pick out complexity as it opens up. We used a large proportion of heritage, wholegrain, regenerative, raw wheat from Duchess grains grown around 30 miles from the brewery. This was paired with a generous amount of UK grown Goldings and a locally sourced mixed culture of saison yeast. A timeless beer best paired with good eggs. BBE – 28/02/26
