Description
IMPERIAL RED GRAPE SAISON. One of a series of experimental sharing beers designed to be treated like sparkling wines, this is a very special imperial saison fermented with red grape juice. Minimal hop additions allow the grapes’ natural malic acid to add bite, resulting in a dry, tannic and nuanced beer. Saison yeast adds hints of farmhouse phenolics to a nose of rich forest fruits.
