Straddling that line between old school and new school hop varietals, endlessly versatile for both hot and cold side additions; giving those berry, apricot and passionfruit notes for the new school fans, and keeping its old school credibility with pine and earthy notes a-plenty, we're eternally indebted to what we feel is the best hop varietal in brewing today. A mainstay of our beers from those heady Loka Polly days all the way up to today, Simcoe Maverick is a single-hop showcase of why we feel so passionate about this incredible Stateside slammer. Wrapped up in a healthy slathering of our bespoke LA3 strain, this is a beer that is 100% Polly's.
