Description

Sometimes it's a blast to let your instincts run wild on a beer - we've been doing IPAs since day one, and it's the style for which we're most well known and well regarded. Unsetter is our brewers doing exactly what they do best; sitting comfortably around the 6% mark, high on the mouthfeel but not viscous, and supercharged with a five hop lineup of Stateside slammers for maximum flavour intensity without being overwhelming. We've let Simcoe lead the way here with a 10kg addition before supercharging with 5kg additions of Azacca, Citra, Idaho 7, and Mosaic for a tidal wave of pineapple, stone fruit, citrus and berry medley notes, all wrapped up in our bespoke LA3 yeast strain to create the ultimate Polly's pint smasher.
