DDH Pale Ale. Mosaic and Simcoe is a combination that has followed us from near enough the very beginning of this humble little North Walian brewery. All the way from those halcyon Loka Polly days, to the insane IPA we brewed for the Little Summer Beer Bash in 2018, right the way through to the Augment range and beyond, we always fall back to this combo because its just so darn good. Sweet pineapple notes are prominent, with underlying flavours of mango, orange sherbert, and just the faintest little bit of pithy bitterness. We may be in the absolute depths of winter right now, but this beer is a reminder that sunnier times are just around the corner.
