Description

If nothing else, we love to keep things fun here at Polly's HQ. When we first started bringing that much discussed and debated pyramid technique to our dry-hopping, we used it for new school hops in order of pungency. Now that we're well established with this technique across the board in the brewery, we're throwing in little experiments to test where we can take things going forward with our beers. Dynamics is a pale ale that utilises a heavy dose of Citra to begin with; bringing a host of lime, grapefruit and orange, before a middle section of Nelson brings those uniquely wonderful gooseberry, white wine and mango notes, finishing off with a small addition of Columbus for some herbal and grassy complexity.
