Red Grapefuit Imperial Gose. With our new taproom and restaurant Polly’s Social imminent, our incredible chefs have been imparting their own culinary knowledge into the day to day here at Polly’s HQ. Wanting to create a symbiotic relationship between our beer and our food, we’ve commissioned and created Rosy Brine - an imperial gose that is simultaneously a incredible beer, and an essential tool for our new chefs to use in their menu curation at our brand new venue. Loaded to the nines with fresh pink grapefruit juice, this is a zippy, sharp, tart interpretation of the incredible German style we love so much, with a savoury edge thanks to the addition of sea salt. Showing its versatility and our innovation, we’ll also be utilising this beer as a marinade for a selection of dishes at our long-awaited taproom.
