Description

We make no secret of just how much we love Mosaic here at Polly’s HQ, whether it’s hot side or cold side, we absolutely love how much this incredible varietal makes our beers pop thanks to the complexity that warrants its name. As a pillarstone of our brewing journey, it only feels right to showcase what this incredible variety can do on its own in a single hop showcase. With this in mind, we immediately set about creating Silver Machine - a beer purpose built for enjoying on draught and in pints over a session with pals. A beer positively bursting with the typical Mosaic notes; a medley of berries, bubblegum, and mango, with some of the lesser picked up flavour profiles – rosewater, tangerine, as well as earthy bitterness to round everything off.
