An Original Mix

Description

Way back in his halcyon student days, our Head of Sales Arron made a little bit of extra cash on the side by spinning turntables at parties in his home away from home in Liverpool. After mentioning it in passing in the brewhouse, it piqued our interest and we asked if there was any evidence remaining of his record spinning abilities. A file was presented within our brewery WhatsApp group labelled "An Original Mix!" (playlist now on Spotify - ask us for the link!) and lo, a beer name was once again born at Polly's. Our original mix is a seamless beat-matching of Galaxy, Mosaic, Chinook and Citra for an all out hop assault on the senses. Stone fruit, juicy tropical notes, and bags of citrus flavours are abound in this hyped up IPA.
