Passion Pale Ale

Description

A pale ale is brewed mainly with light malt, giving it a lighter color than other beer types from the same period.
Differences in brewing method and hop level have eventually led the pale ale family to include beers of very varying taste and strength.
Our interpretation is a basically well-tempered pale ale of a lighter character. Here we have chosen to increase the tropical tones from the hops by adding passion fruit. Something that is clear both in smell and taste.
