Description
This sour beer was brewed with a combination of wheat and lager malt. It was soured in the kettle over a few days as then left as nature intended to showcase the beer's natural citrus notes and unembellished qualities. It has just right level of tartness to make it amazingly refreshing and full of flavour. We don't do boring.
