Full Tasting Note: (Lemon, Lime and Orange infused wheat beer) This beer is made with traditional wheat beer yeast and ingredients specific to the style of a Witbier like Saaz hops and cracked coriander seeds. This is a zestier version of the style with lemon, lime and orange peel added to give it an unique flavour. Wheat beers are cloudy as a standard and as a some additional flavour is imparted in the beer by the yeast it is recommended to slightly agitate the bottle or keg prior to serving, this is optional and not essential to the overall taste of the product though. All Beers are naturally carbonated, unfiltered and unpasteurised. there may be some sediment present but natural clarification processes have been used to try to minimise this without stripping away any of the essential flavours added to the beers.
