Raw Farmhouse IPA
Roar is a raw (no-boil) 6% Farmhouse IPA. Brewed with raw barley grown on our farm alongside flaked wheat and oats, hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7. Inspired by Farmhouse Brews of the past we've brought it up to pasteurisation temps but not boiled it, allowing the proteins to stay in solution for a full smooth body and orange juice haze, before fermenting with a blend of kveik yeast. Vegan.
