Description
Dated 22/1/22 - A silky smooth stout decadently made with 40KGs of oysters from our friends at the Colchester Oyster Fishery. Roast, black and chocolate malts provide a deep black colour with garnet highlights. Addition of Oyster shells adds a subtle briny character -Smooth and velvety hopping is restrained, as it's only there for balance, and a use of UK hops provide earthy and spicy topnotes. One to sip by the fire.
