Description
Light, tart and full of citrus - our Yuzu Sour is based on a classic Berliner Weisse, but we've replaced the traditional sugary syrups with 100% pure Yuzu (Japanese Citrus) juice for a tangy, ever so slightly savoury, citrus flavour and aroma.
Originally brewed in collaboration with Chish & Fips by Umezushi - a Japanese inspired fish and chip restaurant here in Manchester, and now a tap room favourite.
