IKAT [ee-kaht] NOUN 1. An Indonesian method of tie-dyeing warp and weft yarns, before weaving. 2. A smooth DDH DIPA with intense tropical fruit and citrus hop aromas. Tasting note: Full bodied with bags of tropical fruit. Expect guava, mango, passion fruit and lychee. Tropical flavours make way for notes of honey with a smooth finish.
