This westie has columbus and chinook hops to give us that dank and piney flavour we all crave from times past. With the use of ekuanot we help branch this beer with old and new age flavours. Using chevalier english heritage grain we get a strong malt backbone that supports the bitterness and compliments the evergreen flavours.
