Description
POLAR is a white IPA brewed in collaboration with Swedish skate punk band Millencolin. Brewed with NZ hops, Kohatu and Wakatu, throwing tropical fruits and pine on top of the wheat mix, plus some US Cascade for a bit of classic hop balance. The refreshing Belgian wit characteristics are brought in via the Saison yeast and strong wheat make up in the grist.
