Description
Happy birthday to us! Our 1st birthday imperial stout is brewed with cacao nibs in both the whirlpool, where they contribute bitter dark chocolate notes, and also in the fermenter, where they bring a rounder creaminess. Into the fermenter also went lashings of cherry puree, which is paired with cherry-smoked barley in the grist for a more nuanced layering of cherry. Big, boozy, chewy, and loaded with almond & dark choc.
