Brown Ale. We don’t brew Brown Ales often, but when we do, we love them. This one takes inspiration from a team visit to Simpsons Malt, where we tasted a variety of grains throughout the malting process. An impressive 9 different malt varieties build an incredible base of flavour, with Mosaic, Strata and HBC630 hops bringing berry and tropical fruit highlights.
