Description
The Solera project continues with our Aberfeldy 18 year sherry butt being filled with Inertia Imperial stout. This was added to the base mix of Tripel and General Classification from the previous batches, adding a greater balance of roasted malt and caramelised sugar, leading to muted sherry notes, spice, a slightly tart sharpness and a tannin filled finish.
