Description
In Silico refers to experiments conducted on computer chips - on silicon. This beer however is very real; it's a real collaboration between ourselves and long time friend and all-around lovely person, Andy Parker and his Elusive Brewery. Taking inspiration from a beer known for its rancourous bitterness and balanced Anglo-Belge aroma, we created an aromatic and drinkable bitter blonde beer that involved stuffing the kettle to the limit with Herefordshire Goldings and Mandarina Bavaria.
