Ensemble Seven is full of notes of orange juice, peach, passion fruit and grapefruit in the taste. This intensely dry hopped IPA was crafted to showcase the complex fruit character contributed by Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. The finish is soft and rounded, with just enough bitterness to balance the fruit juice character.
