Description
A refreshing crisp taste, crisp mouthfeel and smooth finish. The all American line-up of Mount Hood, Willamette and Columbus lead to a fruit character balancing well with the biscuit flavours derived from the use of Munich Malt. This was the beer that transformed our brewery from a wee hobby in a lock-up garage into wee hobby with a bad-ass 30 barrel brew kit. Locally in Fife it's know as Crail Ale, which is a little coastal village south of St Andrews which handily rhymes with "Ale". Outside Fife customers thought we'd misspelt "Grail Ale" - bored of explaining this to everyone we now call it "St Andrews Pale Ale". Whatever, it's delicious.
