Description
A 3.7%, session Scottish ale with warm ruby colours, copper tones and perfect clarity. It has a gentle spicy, dried fruits nose reminiscent of Jamaica cake. The palate is light and clean with a sweet maltiness and a dry finish. A classic Scotch Ale recipe bringing back a popular style of beer.
Malt profile is full bodied, sweet, toffee nutty caramel notes. Hop profile is medium bitterness to balance out sweet caramel, very subtle hop aroma to give a touch of earth fruity flavour to the finish.
