Roast Potato & Rosemary Weizen

Description

Working with Colwith Farm to locally source the best quality Wilja potatoes for this beer was the first step; the hard part was utilising them to make an outstanding beer.

The beer is a traditional Weizen base with the addition of potatoes, rosemary, and sea salt. On the nose, there is a complex combination of herbal and spiced notes. The taste is led by a full wheat body with a distinctive clove flavour. Rosemary and potatoes add real depth to the experience, with a lingering savoury feel.
