Stone Ruination IPA has always been crafted to celebrate all facets of the hop—its beauty and poetry, its boldness and might. First released in June 2002, it was the first full-time brewed and bottled West Coast double IPA on the planet. As craft beer has evolved in the years since, so too have techniques for maximizing hop flavors and aromas. We employed hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical essence from the hops that give this “modernized” IPA its thrilling character. And we’ve updated the name to reflect the incredible imperial-level intensity that’s evident in every sip.
